2007
In 2007, representatives and members of RDOES worked hard all over the country fighting anti-canine legislation. While some of us attended
the legislative meetings, the rest of us wrote thousands of letters and made thousands of phone calls. RDOES also helped organize many awareness events last year, such
as "Responsible Owners Shout No More" at the Capitol in Washington, DC, several "Light A Candle, Save a Life" demonstrations in various parts
of the country, "Guide to Responsible Ownership Workshops" in North Carolina, and more. We were also present at the PeTA trial in Ahoskie, NC to represent our members'
disapproval of their actions.
We attended many animal functions like dog shows, including our booth set-up at the AADR Nationals, horse shows and other events, in 2007. RDOES makes it a point to get
out there and represent you, the Responsible Dog Owner, when ever and where ever we can.
